BILL VAN SICKLE
CEO

As Co-Founder and CEO of AIM Consulting Group, Bill VanSickle leverages his 24 years of business experience to lead the organization in the development of its core values and culture that is fanatical about customer satisfaction, employee growth, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining AIM, Bill was Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of ConsultNet, LLC, an IT staffing and consulting business. Through his leadership contributions, the company grew to over $65MM in revenue from seven offices operating in six states, and was one of the fastest growing IT staffing companies in the U.S. As a result of the industry-leading growth rates achieved by ConsultNet, Bill and his other partners were nominated for the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2001 and 2002. In 2004, Bill successfully negotiated the acquisition of a significant portion of ConsultNet to TEKsystems, Inc.

A visionary businessman and seasoned entrepreneur, Bill has launched and successfully developed a variety of businesses from a diverse collection of industries including real estate, telecommunications, healthcare, venture investing, and recreational outdoor sports.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Montana Business School and began his career with The Boeing Company, where he developed his financial and technology expertise from a variety of executive management roles in finance, accounting and computing. Bill and his wife Lora have four children and live in the Seattle area, where they are passionate about outdoor recreation and spending time together.

RON ROTHER
President, East and Central Regions

As Co-Founder and President, East and Central Regions of AIM Consulting Group, Ron Rother brings over 16 years of professional experience in the IT Consulting and Human Capital Management industries. He has a proven track record for building and leading high caliber teams, developing innovative business and market strategies, implementing consultant-focused models and process, as well as overall delivery and organizational development.

Ron started his career at TEKsystems, Inc. where he held numerous positions including, but not limited to, Director of Branch Operations (Louisville, KY, Rolling Meadows, IL, and Seattle, WA), Director of Regional Operations of 23 West Coast offices with over 1000 internal employees, and Executive Director of Allegis Group Europe based out of London, England.

Ron is passionate about developing and mentoring leaders to ensure that AIM continuously evolves to exceed the needs of both valued clients and consultants. 

Ron earned a BS from Ohio University and served honorably as an Ohio Infantry National Guardsman. He resides in Hinsdale, IL, with his wife Kate and three children.

KYLE GUILFORD
President, Western Region

As Co-Founder of Sage IT Services and now President, Western Region of AIM Consulting Group, Kyle Guilford leverages over 10 years of IT consulting experience to build and cultivate an environment where his team thrives on solving customer problems. His industry knowledge, dedication to customers, and superior ability to execute make him a leader in his field.

Kyle specializes in keeping AIM’s business simple by creating solutions for customers that are uniquely flexible and extremely dependable. He led his team to become one of the fastest growing consulting services and staffing companies in the greater Seattle area. Kyle played a key role in merging Sage IT Services with AIM in June of 2010, bringing together two industry leaders to expand product offerings and capabilities. Prior to co-founding Sage IT Services, Kyle was Managing Director for on-site services at Saltmine, LLC, a Seattle-based boutique web development and consulting firm. Prior to Saltimine, he built an excellent reputation as a top producer, both as a recruiter and as an account executive.

Kyle earned a degree in criminal justice from Washington State University and is a third generation Washingtonian. He is an outdoor enthusiast and a passionate fly fisherman. Kyle and his wife call Seattle home, where they enjoy their free time with family and navigating the waterways of the Pacific Northwest.

JOSH BOWSER
Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sage IT Services, and now Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention for the AIM Consulting Group, Josh provides direction, guidance and process controls for the AIM recruiting organization. With over 10 years of experience in the technical staffing and consulting industry, Josh demonstrates an extensive understanding of the profession, and a passion for recruiting excellence. Prior to co-founding Sage, Josh began his career as a Technical Recruiter at ConsultNet, where his expertise earned him a reputation as a top performer. Josh then worked as an Account Executive and Sales Director in the Seattle marketplace. 

By focusing on developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with consultants, Josh ensures AIM is able to quickly and effectively deliver a wide range of technical expertise to their internal and external client project teams. A graduate of the University of Washington, Josh and his family reside in the Seattle area, where they enjoy many of the numerous recreational pursuits available in the Pacific Northwest.

JON CLARK
Vice President, Business Development, Central Region

Jon is an accomplished leader possessing several years’ experience in purchasing, sales and business development.

A graduate of the University of South Florida (USF) with a BS in Business Management, Jon spent five years with USF’s procurement department as a Buyer and Department Manager. In 2005, he shifted his career focus to the technical consulting field, establishing a reputation for excellence in both the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago markets. 

Jon joined the AIM team in 2007 to spearhead development efforts for AIM’s Chicago market and played a key role in refining AIM’s organizational and developmental processes. As a major contributor to the maturity of AIM’s market presence, Jon has engaged with some of the nation’s largest corporations to advise on reconstruction and improvement for on-boarding contingent labor.

Currently residing in Chicago, Illinois, Jon is working on the execution of AIM’s business plan for opening its third branch in Dallas, Texas. Jon is permanently relocating to Dallas to lead AIM’s Market Development initiatives in August of 2010.
